Please track your packages Please note that we will not be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues. 

Standard shipping- 3-5 business days.

• 24-48 hour Processing ( Sales May be Longer) 
• 2-3 Business days for Tracking (Sales May be longer)
• Shipped within timeframe Business Days selected at checkout. 

We do our best to provide fast and convenient shipping services. Orders placed before 12pm EST on Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that our shipping operations are on business days only (Monday-Friday).

Express shipping applies to specific hair orders

• up to 24 hour Processing time
• 1-2 Business Days Package gets delivered if there's no delay.

• We DO NOT offer Overnight or Express shipping on custom orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments, please be aware that any applicable custom taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
